Important note: This post reflects my personal homeowner experience and opinion. If Triangle Swimming Pools LLC provides a response, inspection, explanation, or correction, I will update this page.
Pool Project Accountability Matters
Pool project accountability matters when a homeowner reports unresolved concerns after installation. A swimming pool is a major investment, so the homeowner should receive clear communication when something needs review.
In my situation, I contacted Triangle Swimming Pools LLC and asked them to evaluate the pool issues I reported. As of this post, I have not received a meaningful response to my latest written request.
Because of that, I am documenting my experience publicly. I want to preserve a clear record and help other homeowners understand why written communication, inspection requests, and documentation matter.
Why Accountability Should Not Be Ignored
Accountability does not always mean admitting fault. Sometimes it simply means responding, reviewing photos, inspecting the concern, and explaining the company’s position in writing.
A pool builder may believe the issue relates to installation, manufacturing, maintenance, site conditions, or another cause. However, the homeowner still needs a clear answer. Silence leaves the customer without direction.
What I Am Asking For
My request is reasonable. I am asking Triangle Swimming Pools LLC to review the concerns, explain their position, and identify the next step. If they believe the issue belongs to the manufacturer or another party, they can explain that in writing.
- Review the pool concerns I reported.
- Confirm whether an inspection is needed.
- Explain whether the builder or manufacturer should be involved.
- Provide a written response.
- Help identify the next reasonable step.
How Homeowners Can Protect Themselves
Homeowners should keep organized records from the beginning of any pool project. Save contracts, invoices, warranty documents, photos, videos, measurements, and emails. These records can help explain the issue if a dispute develops later.
Good documentation also supports pool project accountability. It helps show what the homeowner reported, when the report happened, and what response the homeowner requested.

Final Thoughts on Pool Project Accountability
At this time, I am still waiting for a meaningful response from Triangle Swimming Pools LLC. Until then, I will continue preserving my records, documenting the pool condition, and updating this website as the situation develops.
If Triangle Swimming Pools LLC responds, inspects the pool, or provides an explanation, I will update this post so readers can see the latest information.
