Important note: This post reflects my personal experience and opinion as a homeowner. If Triangle Swimming Pools LLC provides a response, inspection, explanation, or correction, I will update this page.
Why I Am Sharing My Pool Experience
I am writing this post to document my experience with Triangle Swimming Pools LLC and the pool issues I am currently facing.
A swimming pool is a major investment. Homeowners trust the builder, installer, and manufacturer to deliver a finished product that is safe, functional, and built correctly.
When problems appear after completion, communication becomes extremely important. In my situation, I requested a review of the concerns and expected a clear written response.
Why Documentation Matters
I am keeping records of emails, photos, measurements, and other documentation related to the pool. This creates a clear timeline of what was reported, when it was reported, and what response was received.
So far, I have not received a meaningful response to my latest written request. That is one reason I am documenting this publicly.
For homeowners dealing with similar problems, a written record can be very important. Photos, measurements, contracts, invoices, and emails may help explain the issue more clearly if a dispute develops.
Steps I Recommend for Other Homeowners
- Save all emails and text messages.
- Take clear photos of every visible concern.
- Use a measuring tape when safe and practical.
- Keep contracts, invoices, and warranty documents together.
- Ask for all important answers in writing.
My Request for Review
I believe the company should review the reported concerns and provide its position in writing. If they believe the issues are unrelated to their work, they can explain that. If another party, such as the manufacturer, should be involved, that should also be stated clearly.
Silence leaves the homeowner without a clear path forward. That is why I am continuing to preserve records and publish updates.
