Pool builder communication with Triangle Swimming Pools LLC about unresolved pool concerns
Documenting pool concerns and written communication attempts.

Pool Builder Communication Matters After Installation

Pool builder communication matters when a homeowner reports concerns after a pool project. A swimming pool is a major investment, so homeowners need clear answers when problems appear after completion.

In my situation, I contacted Triangle Swimming Pools LLC and requested a review of the pool issues I reported. As of this post, I have not received a meaningful response to my latest written request.

Because of that, I am documenting the situation publicly. My goal is to create a clear record and help other homeowners understand why written communication is so important during and after a pool project.

Why a Written Response Is Important

A pool builder may disagree with a homeowner. The company may believe the issue relates to installation, manufacturing, maintenance, site conditions, or another cause. However, the homeowner still needs a clear written answer.

Without a response, the homeowner has no clear path forward. For example, the homeowner may not know whether to contact the builder, the manufacturer, another pool professional, or a consumer protection organization.

That is why pool builder communication should not stop when the project is finished. Post-installation support matters, especially when the customer reports visible concerns and asks for help.

What I Asked Triangle Swimming Pools LLC to Do

My request was simple. I asked Triangle Swimming Pools LLC to review the concerns and provide their position. If they believe the issue is not related to their work, they can explain that in writing. If they believe another party should review it, they can explain that too.

  • Review the reported pool concerns.
  • Confirm whether an inspection is needed.
  • Explain whether the builder or manufacturer should be involved.
  • Provide a written response.
  • Help identify the next reasonable step.

Advice for Other Homeowners

If you are planning a pool project, ask the builder how they handle post-installation concerns before signing a contract. Also, ask whether they provide written inspection findings if problems appear later.

You should also save every email, contract, invoice, warranty document, photo, and measurement. Good records can protect you if the builder does not respond or if responsibility becomes unclear.

Final Thoughts on Pool Builder Communication

At this time, I am still waiting for a meaningful response from Triangle Swimming Pools LLC. I will continue to preserve my records, document the condition of the pool, and update this website as the situation develops.

If the company responds, inspects the pool, or provides an explanation, I will update this post so readers can see the latest information.
