Triangle Swimming Pools LLC Questions Homeowners Should Ask

Triangle Swimming Pools LLC is the company involved in my pool project, and my experience has shown me why homeowners should ask detailed questions before hiring any pool builder. A swimming pool is a major investment, so written answers matter before the project begins.

I am sharing this because I am currently dealing with unresolved pool concerns. I contacted the company and requested a review of the issues. As of this post, I have not received a meaningful response to my latest written request.

Because of that, I want other homeowners to think carefully before signing a contract. Clear questions can help prevent confusion later.

Question 1: What Happens If Problems Appear Later?

Ask whether the builder will inspect the pool if concerns appear after installation. Also ask how quickly the company responds and whether they provide written findings after reviewing a concern.

Question 2: Who Handles Manufacturer Issues?

If the pool shell, structure, or materials come from a manufacturer, ask whether the builder helps with manufacturer claims. Homeowners should know whether the builder assists with the process or expects the homeowner to handle it alone.

Question 3: What Is Covered by the Warranty?

Ask for warranty terms in writing. Do not rely only on general statements. You need to know what is covered, what is excluded, and who is responsible for each part of the pool.

  • What parts of the pool are covered?
  • What work is excluded?
  • Who performs warranty inspections?
  • Who pays for repairs if responsibility is disputed?
  • How long should homeowners expect the process to take?

Question 4: Will Important Answers Be Written?

Written communication protects both sides. It helps prevent confusion and creates a clear record if problems appear later.

Before hiring Triangle Swimming Pools LLC or any pool contractor, ask whether important promises, inspection findings, warranty explanations, and complaint responses will be provided in writing.

Question 5: How Are Complaints Handled?

Ask how the company handles homeowner complaints, post-installation concerns, warranty disputes, and inspection requests. A professional company should be able to explain the process clearly.

Based on my experience, this is one of the most important questions a homeowner can ask before signing a pool contract.

Final Thoughts Before Hiring a Pool Builder

A pool is too expensive to rely on assumptions. Ask direct questions, save every document, and make sure expectations are written clearly.
